Note:Products will be shipped from other warehouses in the following situations:

1. If the product you ordered is sold out or out of stock, the product will be shipped from the Hong Kong warehouse.
2. If your delivery address is in another country, we will ship from the nearest overseas warehouse. If it is not possible to ship from an overseas warehouse [3], we will ship from the Hong Kong warehouse.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Orders to the UK will be shipped by different carriers depending on the size of the parcel.

• MK908 II and above - Yodel will be responsible for the delivery of the parcel.
• The rest will be shipped by Royal Mail.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@obdprice.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

• Products may ship separately from different warehouses if the itemes your ordered isn't in same one warehouse.
• Available shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.
• The courier delivers between Monday and Friday. There is no courier service on the weekends.

What should I notice before shipping?

Please be sure your shipping address is correct. We will only follow your address listed at the payment for the shipment. Due to the secure reasons, we are not allowed the address change through email. We have no responsibility for a Incorrect shipping address.

• [1] - For orders with a delivery address in the UK or a European country that is part of the EU, we will provide free shipping. Otherwise, customers need to pay for shipping based on the size and weight of the purchased products.
• [2] - The estimated delivery time of 3-5 days is only supported when the delivery address is located in the UK and the UK warehouse has inventory. And if there are force majeure issues such as unexpected disasters, logistics company policies, etc., the estimated delivery time will be extended accordingly.
• [3] - For countries other than the UK, 27 EU countries, Canada, the US, and Australia, the parcel will be sent from Hong Kong because the overseas warehouses of various countries cannot send to overseas addresses.
